Gracing the walk from the Crossroads towards the Columbarium Wall and Cooper River overlook, these contemplative large carved statues were installed at Mepkin They were created by David Drake, nephew of the late Brother Laurence, and are carved from large oak trees that fell during Hurricane Hugo in 1989.
